Aniridia

Aniridia is a complete or partial lack of iris.

Sometimes coincides with nystagmus and amblyopia.

Aniridia causes the patient to become extremely photosensitive(see photophobia) and have almost no ability to adjust to the light.

Using contact lenses in this case is considered very effective.
