Terms of service
- The purchase of the contact lenses you wish to exchange was made within the last 365 days.
- The packages of your lenses are sealed, complete and unopened or otherwise damaged; they must also be stored and packaged with diligence to avoid damage during transport.
- The lenses you want to exchange are still on sale at Lentiamo.co.uk
How does your 365-day replacement guarantee work?
- Send us all the information about the lenses you wish to replace using the form on this page. You will receive a confirmation email after a few seconds.
- Our Customer Service will contact you back with instructions as soon as possible, on average within 24 hours.
- If you cannot fill out the form, please send your request to info@lentiamo.co.uk.
- After receiving confirmation from us, use the return label we will send you to easily return your lenses via Royal Mail.
- Once you drop off the parcel at the post office, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Royal Mail. Do not delete it before the parcel arrives at our warehouse, as it serves as proof of the shipment you have made.
- You will receive your new contact lenses within a few days.
