Systane Complete Preservative Free are hydrating eye drops that provide effective relief from burning and irritation caused by dry eyes. The drops are formulated without preservatives, meaning they are ideal for sensitive eyes.
Systane Complete PF eye drops also help relieve dry eye symptoms associated with contact lens use. They can be applied as needed throughout the day and can be used before or after removing contact lenses. Systane Complete PF drops have a milky white appearance before application.

I am really disappointed that the eye drops you sent have no English instructions or information in the package. I cannot tell from the info if they are preservative free , as there is nothing on the box or inside to say so. The illustration on the box I saw on line showed PF. This does not.
